This quote, taken from Daniel Goleman’s new book, Social Intelligence, exemplifies a philosophy that I believe strongly in. Imagine how your team or company could amplify its’ production, profits, results, and employee satisfaction rates by synchronizing the players. Emotionally intelligent cultures are more positive, productive, team oriented, healthier (fewer sick days), have higher retention rates and are more innovative and highly functional.
